Couldn't have been easier. Interview with the dallas city pres - a country bumpkin who you could tell came up the local/regional bank ladder. Personality questions mainly, asking why you like the banking world. Didn't meet many of the other players really. It seemed like a pretty ho hum atmosphere with not a whole lot of team feel.

Depending on your role the interview may be more of a "fit" interview, rather than a technical one. However, you must still be prepared for technical questions relate to the job you are applying for and more general finance, economic, and accounting questions
