The whole process took about a month and contained several different steps. 1. In the first step, they sent a simple form asking questions about their organization, your views about them, your views on organizational culture. they sent a document to read first, that helped a lot. 2. secondly there was a cultural conversation. it was so much fun! the person who conducted it was so easy to chat with, open and communicative. he asked questions about the organizational culture, previous work experience, future goals, inspirations, career path and etc. 3. there was a technical test, QA based and they give one week to solve it. it contained writing test cases, logging usability issues, writing acceptance criteria, accessibility testing, etc. it was a bit hectic and long. but it was a fun activity. 4. last but not the least, there was technical interview, questions were easy, related to mobile and web testing, usability testing, search functionality etc
