initial scan made through phone, followed by in-person interview with direct manager and HR representative. Additional interview with another manager conducted by phone. Following few phone contacts with HR to send info about salary. I have not been requested a proof od academic records

Very quick. Met few team members. Was fun speaking with each one of them. Job role and responsibilities were clearly described. Clear expectations. Joining date was clearly specified. I worked there for 5 years.

Entrevista
I had applied for a position on their web site and was contacted a few weeks later by a recruiter. I interviewed with her who said that the next steps was an interview with the Director and if I made it past that I would be interviewed by the VP. I talked to the Director next, within a few days and she was great, candid and honest. About a week later I interviewed with the VP, she was honest and straight to the point. I was offered the job about 3 days later.
