Three rounds of interviews. Third round was in person and lasted about 7 hours and involved 8 people. I was in a tiny room for 7 hours and ate lunch with the HR manager in that room. The questions had nothing to do with my experience; they are Amazon Core Competencies. You will answer right or wrong. If you don't answer right you will not be hired. There's no way to prepare.
