The HR screener was relatively basic/easy. HR person didn't really know or understand the legal side of things. Unfortunately they were strict about the minimum years of experience requirement (they were looking for two years of experience).

Entrevista

Recruiter reached out to do an online assessment. It was a fair OA with two leetcode questions plus explaining your thought process. The next step was a 1hour phone interview with Behavioural and Coding question. It was a pretty straight forward question, but it also had lots of questions about different approaches, tradeoffs and time complexity analysis. Then it was 4 final round interviews. 3 rounds of coding questions similar to leetcode and OOP. They also asked a few behavioural questions. 1 round of all behavioural questions. Overall, you should explain your thought process, go through examples to confirm you understand the question, and also practice your behavioural questions with the star method.

A call with the HR to start the process off. The primary purpose of this call was to talk about the role, the company and my requirements. This was followed by a 1 hour technical phone screen with an engineer from the company. A couple of coding questions were asked as well. Finally, I had a virtual on-site interview with the rest of the team and the hiring manager. It lasted for 4-5 hours with a break in between for lunch. Overall, a very engaging and positive experience. The recruiters also host prep sessions for you before both rounds of interviews to help you prepare. Very helpful!

Process is as follows: 1. Online assessment in the form of a hackerrank. 3 leetcode easies 2. Recruiter call (10-15 minutes). Very short. Asks 1-2 behavioral questions, make sure you know Audible's people principles! 3. Technical interview 1. Difficulty can range from easy-hard. Aim to solve 2 questions. 4. Technical interview 2. Same as step3 but it will be with someone on the team. 5. Final behavioral with manager. Very short and basically a chat with manager, going over your resume.

One interview with Talent Acquisition Manager (she was late) and one interview with Hiring Manager (he forgot about the interview and rescheduled until the day after). The first interview was very weird. The TA Manager kept re-asking the same couple of questions, as if she wasn't trusting my answers. I had to ask her to stop doing that - she was being offensive - and to take a look at my background and experience. The Hiring Manager was not prepared and felt like he knew little or nothing at all about best practices in online marketing at large.

First meet with headhunter, then hiring manager, then team. Fairly smooth process, very timely. Salary is discussed upfront (very competitive). Other compensation is discussed as well. Seem to have good benefits package. Overall a good experience. Didn't get job as deemed "over qualified" (on two separate occasions) so a bit difficult to be sure what they're really looking for when you've been recruited (as opposed to you contacting them first)

Series of experience based questions. However, after the interview the recruiter stated that they filled the role with an internal candidate. The next week, I found the job req was reposted, looking for candidates. So the recruiter was straight up not honest, and I'd hardly recommend a company with this kind of behavior.
