I applied after seeing an ad on a career website. I was contacted by someone from Human Resources to arrange a phone interview. During the phone interview I spoke with the Manager, friendly guy, well spoken. Discussed skills and background. Discussed the role and the opportunity for growth. I didn't get the job, but am thankful for the interview.
