Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Audible (Newark, NJ) en nov 2019
Entrevista
I received an email from a recruiter in the beginning of October through LinkedIn. Later that week, I got on the phone with that recruiter, who asked me a series of initial questions about my experience in instructional design. A week later, I had a second phone screen with the hiring manager, who was the Manager of Instructional Design. That was on a Friday. The following Tuesday, I was given a date and time to come out to Newark for the in-person interview. That was in the beginning of November. I sat down one-on-one with the Manager of Instructional Design, another Instructional Designer, the Senior Manager of Training, the Knowledge Management Manager, and the Senior Manager of Program Management. After the one-on-ones, I had a group interview with all of them during which I presented a sample e-learning course and had a Q&A.
While I did not receive an offer, the interview process seemed to go well, and I was thankful to everyone for their time and consideration.

First, phone interview with HR, Portfolio review, hiring manager phone interview, then 5-hour-onsite interview with five employees. You will need to present the instruction you designed at the end of the interview in front of 5 interviewers and HR.
