My resume was forwarded internally from a current employee to their hiring manager. Audible got back to me quickly and set up a phone screening that was your standard HR call--took about 25 mins. The individual I talked to seemed bored with the questions (understandably so) and we ended the call with pleasantries, and the promise to get back to me in the next day or so. Audible emailed me to set up a second phone interview. This individual was super upbeat and had a great personality, the conversation was fun and he genuinely seemed to like what he was doing. Very different from the phone screening and overall a positive experience. Unfortunately we mutually decided this might not be a good fit given my specific career goals.
Overall I would recommend interviewing if you're interested in a role here. The pay was good and the second individual I spoke with explained that the team I would have been working on comprised of similarly upbeat and motivated personalities.
