Technicality they evaluated well for the corresponding roles. Also checked my back ground very keenly before releasing the offer letter. Over all I feel it dificult process to get the job in RJT unless you are a rite fit

During the interview, the interviewer focused heavily on very specific syntax-level questions rather than discussing problem-solving, system design, or overall technical understanding. The questions were extremely detail-oriented and centered on exact syntax rather than practical application or real-world scenarios.
