A phone call interview about you availability and experience level. Discussions of training the training process along with what is required. We also discussed about some expectations and work schedule.
The recruiter initially contacted me and scheduled an interview with a staffing company. During the interview, the interviewer focused heavily on very specific syntax-level questions rather than discussing problem-solving, system design, or overall technical understanding. The questions were extremely detail-oriented and centered on exact syntax rather than practical application or real-world scenarios.
