Unclear recruitment process. No true stages, none to get really in touch for a feedback or a reply. I applied online end of May and was contacted by a recruiter a week later. After, no news in spite numerous reminders. Only having found a direct contact I managed to get an interview. The hiring manager was very nice and I had a really good impression of the company. I was invited for the second round that turned into person hunting: a "peer" I had have to have an interview with did not reply, fortunately I did not cancel other interviews. I finally reached to get him on phone and after a new round of seeking for a reply promised for "tomorrow". It's a very disappointed experience while they made you feel unique giving a chance to show that you have a well-made head and then, nothing.
