Very helpful interview. The recruiter gave his personal background and reasoning for joining Aflac. The interview was mainly him talking about what the Job entails, and if the candidate was interested, to indicate that the candidate would prefer a follow up interview that may include shadowing an Aflac representative in the field for a day, to see what the job might look like in reality. Overall, the interview was a friendly atmosphere that should not discourage an applicant from at least attending it to find out whether Aflac might be a good fit for him/her.

1 main interview, very laid back. Met with account manager discussed position and certifications needed for the role. Role is very outbound heavy commuting to different locations such as schools and other main employers to get clients signed up

First round was a group interview by zoom. After a late start, the host stated he'd just 'hung up on a broker' after that call had gone long, then argued that unlike other insurers, Aflac sales reps aren't pressured to sell to family. Many participants dropped, I was one of them. Really disappointing and bears out Aflac's reputation for bad practices and environment in the sales department.

The first interview is a group zoom informational session. Then if interested a one on one 2nd interview. The second interview can be via video or in person. They sell you the job so you can sell for them. They sell you on you to be your own boss. 1099
