The process is fairly informal. They bring you in and mostly feels like you are interviewing them. They tell you about money making opportunities and these trips but beware... If it seems too good to be true, it probably is. I would have liked for them to have a more stringent screening process including a personality test and a bit more honesty about just how difficult it is to make it in the business.

It was a very odd process. They conduct their interviews in groups which I’ve never seen before. Honestly they seem desperate to me which I did not like. It is also all commissioned based with no salary. Very awkward to ask questions since it’s done in a group.
Met with district regional manager, in person interview, business professional attire. typical interview questions (i.e. strengths, weaknesses, how do you communicate with people, etc). Overall, not difficult and this was for an internship.
sat with multiple people going through the process. It was just the info session, but it was informative. invited to go through another round of interviews, but did not proceed.
