First Interview was a group setting about the company. I found this to be interesting to see if this was something that I wanted to pursue further. Second Interview was a one on one. The manager told me also how he got his start with the company and with hard work has his own agency.

It was a very odd process. They conduct their interviews in groups which I’ve never seen before. Honestly they seem desperate to me which I did not like. It is also all commissioned based with no salary. Very awkward to ask questions since it’s done in a group.
Met with district regional manager, in person interview, business professional attire. typical interview questions (i.e. strengths, weaknesses, how do you communicate with people, etc). Overall, not difficult and this was for an internship.
sat with multiple people going through the process. It was just the info session, but it was informative. invited to go through another round of interviews, but did not proceed.
