The higher up's in the company are nice, but the people in charge of training you sometimes leave something to be desired. I had a group interview with several other people and those that were interested were asked to stay and move on and those that weren't, left. I wanted to get more information so I was invited back for a one on one, and accepted the contracting. I went through the licensing class and upon passing and getting my license I was contracted.

It was a very odd process. They conduct their interviews in groups which I’ve never seen before. Honestly they seem desperate to me which I did not like. It is also all commissioned based with no salary. Very awkward to ask questions since it’s done in a group.
Met with district regional manager, in person interview, business professional attire. typical interview questions (i.e. strengths, weaknesses, how do you communicate with people, etc). Overall, not difficult and this was for an internship.
sat with multiple people going through the process. It was just the info session, but it was informative. invited to go through another round of interviews, but did not proceed.
