No process, met a manager and mostly them trying to get you to join because it's extremely hard to recruit and they get paid for every person they recruit. They told me not to worry about the base pay that commission would be enough (it was not). They don't really care about your qualifications.

Very laidback and easy going interview. No second rounds. Got the job after
It was a very simple interview, didn’t ask many questions honestly. Interviewer was very friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. You will be all set with this interview!

They were not honest about what the job involved, turned out to be a sales position, not finance. This was not a good company to grow your career as a young student.
