There is no interview. They are looking for warm bodies to give it a try, and anyone will do. The 'interview' is more like a sales pitch, and any weeding out is done after folk start. It is akin to throwing mud at a wall and seeing what sticks, a deeply cynical process. One gets the impression that nobody enjoys the work, but that those who succeed in and can tolerate this environment enjoy the money.
There was a virtual Group interview that told us about the job, and gave general details. If you stayed through the entire “briefing” you are contacted to have a one on one interview with the recruiter, district or regional manager

Professional and fast pace. A lot of explaining of the role and what to expect. Not many questions towards me since the position was to become an insurance broker I asked questions at the end to receive clarification.

Entrevista
Interview process was easy. First there was a group meeting to tell about the company, second one on one interview. Very thorough in the company policies, compensation plans. The interview was approximately 1 hour.
