I applied for an internship with Accenture through my school's Career Services. After a successful application, I was invited to take an Aptitude test, which was Qualitative and Quantitative. There were about 30 questions to answer under 20 minutes or less, I do not really recall. I passed the test and was later called back for an interview where I was asked traditional interview questions as well as a lot of behavioral questions. The personnel conducting the interview included the HR personnel whom I had been in contact with, as well as two managers who came in at the last round of the interview.

Q. Tell us about a time you experienced conflict in a team? How did you resolve it?
Interview process was extremely smooth and well coordinated. They give you enough time for Q&A with a lot of scenario based questions to testing your analytical skills. It went really well

It was good, as i felt they responded to every query of mine and were supportive during the intreview porcess. The recruiting team was very prompt and guided me at every stage.
The interview process consists of three structured rounds: beginning with an initial hiring manager screening, progressing to a detailed evaluation with the Senior Manager or MD, and concluding with a final, mandatory in-person MD interview.
