Il processo di colloquio con Accenture per la posizione di Digital Marketing Manager è stato strutturato in più fasi. Prima un'intervista telefonica con il team HR, seguita da un test tecnico per valutare le competenze digitali e strategiche. Successivamente, ho partecipato a un colloquio con il manager del team, dove abbiamo discusso dei miei progetti passati, delle strategie di marketing digitale e di come misurare il successo delle campagne.
