I was invited to a case interview after joining their undergraduate students mentoring program (hence I didn't take the online assessment and HR interview. During the case interview, ~30 candidates were invited and were divided into a group of 5-6. We were given an actual case, where each group must present a solution to a panel of Accenture consultants (manager - leadership level). At the beginning, we were taught an Accenture framework that we can apply to solve the case. Once we started working on the case, we were assigned 1 consultant as our assessor. The process lasted for 10 hours.
