      Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Accenture (Nueva Delhi)

      Entrevista

      1. A guy from recruitment team called and setup the interview. 2. One day before interview, got link for assessment test, MCQ based questions and surprisingly all questions was from different technology stack from mine. 3. online f2f video technical interview happened. 4. got email to upload my document in portal. 5. recruitment guy said your profile is shifted to next step and now HR will contact you. 6. meanwhile i was continuously getting automated emails to schedule my interview using portal. And recieve calls from 3 different person to schedule my interview, this when i even told them that i am done with the rounds and waiting for HR round. 7. all of sudden i got mail that my interview is schedule for xyz coming date. I talked to my recruiter he said dont worry its a portal issue and shifted back my profile to correct status. 8. on that xyz date again my application shifted back to initial stage and again its sying to book your interview slot. 9. in between all this, my other documents are also collected like salary slips etc. By some document collection team member. 10. and as of today while writing this review i am still waiting to get a call from HR and waiting for my application status to be corrected and get stable. I am now totally fed up and irritated by this pathetic hiring process of accenture. Now i am moving with organisation in the market, because i dont have my whole life to wait for accenture HR call and i dont want to request them again and again to correct my application status on their portal. Dont rely on accenture hiring until you attend your day 1 at accenture.

Questions on projects you've worked on. 3. Technical Interview Round 2 / Manager Round Deeper technical discussion. Architecture, design decisions, scalability, performance, and troubleshooting scenarios. Behavioral and situational questions. 4. HR Interview Compensation discussion. Notice period and joining availability. Work authorization, relocation, and company policies.
