I have applied through reference, it took Accenture 11 months to conduct the interview . They asked me to appear a skill interview through Hirevue. The interviewer was quite helpful, first she introduced herself (Adobe Web Analyst) and then ask me about my introduction. Then she started asking about my roles and responsibilities related to the projects which I mentioned in resume.The position was for Microsoft SQL Server Application Developer ,so she started with some some basic questions about SQL and databases , I have answered all the questions in very great detail , she has appreciated all the answers.Then she started asking about DBA related questions and other Database related questions which is not related to the job description and my working area . I told her about this but she kept asking me. Although I have answered some of them which I knew. After sometime I got an email that I didn't clear the skill interview .

Index and why we use index , definition of Clustered and non clustered , Fill factor ,Subqueries etc .
Then some questions about my projects .
The interviewer told me that she is very happy with my detailed explanation .
Then DBArelated questions like Log shipping, monitoring, patching,Backup type , RMAN BKP, AHS ,ACHS, Encryption etc , which was not related to the job description because I had applied for Developer role not for the administration role .
I am pretty sure that she doesn't know too much about the role she has been interviewing . Cause she didn't ask any questions regarding Stored procedure, Functions, Constraints and other important T-SQL concepts .
