Entrevista clara e objetiva, diretamente com os gestores da área onde iria atuar. Por ter experiência prévia na área e na empresa, facilitou muito a conversa. Todo o processo demorou cerca de 30 dias a partir do primeiro contato com o RH.

It was good, as i felt they responded to every query of mine and were supportive during the intreview porcess. The recruiting team was very prompt and guided me at every stage.
The interview process consists of three structured rounds: beginning with an initial hiring manager screening, progressing to a detailed evaluation with the Senior Manager or MD, and concluding with a final, mandatory in-person MD interview.
