Three rounds. Very detailed technical questions to discern technical acumen. Each interview had someone technical and someone not as technical on it. The non technical person mainly responded to questions at the end of each interview dealing with negotiations.

Applied through AT&T homepage, got an email for simple question, then scheduled the phone interview. Interview went good, but they are looking for more professional candidate.
Mainly focus on your work experience, what did you do during your current job? Why you leave? What did you do with other programming language besides the Java? What the difference between Java and Clojure?
