The interview process was okay the usual basic questions asked they are sales based so try to lean towards that & its nice place to start selling if you haven't had any prior experience
The interview consisted of two rounds, including a group session, with store/area managers. It was relaxed and focused on personality. Overall, it was enjoyable, providing a comfortable atmosphere for interaction and assessment.
4-5 steps that starts with a phone interview and turns to different in person interviews, they make sure they get talented positive people but also competitive. Your background check comes after as well
