The interview itself was great, felt connected to the interviewer and from their response i thought I did great. They said I'd hear back soon but I didn't so I wrote a follow-up email. I didn't get a response from any of the 5 or so people copied. Later I got a regret note from their automated system.

There was a Phone screen first for about 20 minutes, then meeting with small committee gor about an hour, and if you pass that, in person with the hiring manager.

It was very structured, but it was not super stressful. The people seem like they care for you and value you as an applicant. A very comfortable interviewing process here.
