Entrevista
I initially applied online through AT&T's website for the Retail Sales Consultant. Approximately 2 days after completing the test, I was called and scheduled a phone interview with an HR Recruiter. After getting past the phone interview, I was contacted by a local HR Manager, and was brought into the local office where I met with the HR Manager and the District Manager. The District Manager actually wasn't supposed to be in the interview just yet, but they wanted to speed the process up so he came in halfway through, asked me why I wanted the job and my past experiences and left me to finish the process with the HR Manager.
After getting past the face to face interview, I was contacted by the Store Manager of the location I work in and was brought in to sit down with him. 2 days afterwards, I was contacted by the initial HR Recruiter with an offer for the position.
The District Manager was slightly dry and didn't seem too interested at the time. The HR manager was very nice. If you are interviewing, make sure that you state that you do want AT&T to be a career for you as opposed to a job because there is a lot of room for upward mobility beyond the retail locations.

It is a basic customer service and teamwork questions. Asks you to teach them how to do something you're passionate about. Nothing crazy or unexpected. Laid back but professional, answered all my questions as well.

Interview itself is pretty easy. The two times I've interviewed with them as varied based on the manager, but they're pretty forthright with everything they're telling you and the expectations of the job.
After the initial interview, the store will likely assess your product knowledge. They may ask you about various cell phone models, features, or accessories, and how you would explain them to customers. This is to evaluate your ability to understand and communicate technical information.
