Entrevista
Getting on with AT&T is hard! First you'll be contacted by a hiring recruiter, who will ask you a few questions and basically see if you qualify for the job and are you still interested. Next, you'll be contacted by a Staffing Manager who will be responsible for your entire journey through hiring. He or she will set up your interview to meeting with a Centralized Hiring Manager, who will interview you face to face. If everything went well, you'll be sent to the appropriate store location for a small interview with the store manager and assistant manager. If chosen, you'll be contacted again by the Staffing Manager in order to run background, drug test, criminal background, past employer verification, etc. Upon successful completion, you will be scheduled for training which varies according to the position. After training, you're placed in your store and from there it's good luck!

Interview was very casual - were asked questions about personality prior to interview - wasn't as daunting as I expected it to be. after the 1 on 1 interview I was emailed an offer for the position and accepted it

Unprofessional, Rude. Interview was never one on one, Manager kept viewing the monitors and spying on the employees and running in and out of the interview. He kept blasting the former employee that she was an under performer, not energetic, lacked personality because she was too pretty and pregnant, etc. Overall I was not impressed and never felt comfortable that I was in the running for the position. In addition, he kept throwing other positions at me to consider instead of what I was being interviewed for. His youth and inexperienced at management and very unprofessional. Floor sales reps didn't care to speak more about the position other than it was "A JOB TO PAY THE BILLS". In my opinion, the store is nice, floor sales reps were helpful, but the manager skills need improvement.
