first that conducted a phone interview with the basic stuff like resume, education, background. Was all pretty simple stuff then went in for a 1 on 1 with a hiring manager. He got more specific with the questions. He was a very nice upfront guy. Some technical questions but nothing to bad.

Ridiculous - inexperienced phone screeners who ask ridiculous questions relating to information that is on the resume, the application, LinkedIN. Why do companies insist on this ridiculous layer of bureaucracy and then bemoan why they can't find talent? If you want local candidates only, put it in the posting. Otherwise, don't ASK me if I live in the state where the job is - YOU FORCE me to include my current state of residence. If I lived in the locality, YOU'D KNOW IT!

The process was a bit confusing and it seemed as if the right hand did not know what the left hand was doing at moments. The strangest question I received was "did you apply because this is ATT or because it is your functional area?"
