Brutal. I had a pre-screening interview with the AARP recruiter - that went fine - just took a long time for them to get back with me as far as scheduling, moving forward as to next steps, etc. When interview was finally scheduled, I had a panel of 5 from the legal department via Zoom. The interview came off like I was wasting their time. One interviewer had the gall to eat while I was talking to them and putting themselves on mute to talk to other people in the background. I wish I had thought of telling them that as they didn't appear to be interested in taking the time to meet with me to discuss the job and hear about my experience, etc., it was a waste of everyone's time, especially mine. I can usually connect with people and find something in common, but with this group - nothing.
