From start to finish, my interview experience at AARP was very professional, and despite the length of time it took from beginning to end, I was well-informed at all times along the way.
Everyone I met through the interview process was fantastic, warm, approachable, and generally put me at ease. The steps included:
-HR phone screen with a short narrative survey submitted prior to the call that focused on behavioral questions
-Video meeting with hiring manager
-Written assessment/writing assignment
-Panel interview
I am so honored to be joining the team I'll be working on and cannot wait to be a part of AARP! The only insight/advice I would give to those interested is to have patience and keep visiting AARP's career page--the right role is out there.

Entrevista
I participated in three interview rounds, HR, hiring manager, and a panel. The questions were largely situationally based drawing more on examples than recounting work history. Communication was mixed. At times it was clear about the process but there were large gaps where I did not hear from anyone.
