5 Star Cases are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join our small friendly team based in Wisbech. The successful candidate will need a willing and enthusiastic approach to work.

The essential skills required of this role are:

• Previous Management Experience within manufacturing is essential to include, develop and maintain quality control systems including documentation and staff training
• Hands on attitude and approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experienced in using IT equipment, MS Word, Excel
• Attention to detail
• Team player- directly reporting to Senior Management
• Be willing and able to learn new skills
• Experience in driving continuous improvement

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous Quality Control and assurance experience.
• Be able to maintain and improve existing quality systems and take part in developing new systems.
• Ensure all product, raw materials and quality processes are controlled and managed.
• Deal with customers on quality related matters.
• Perform internal and external quality investigations.
• Ensure QA Compliance objectives and targets are met.
• Monitor quality performance, to include statistical analysis and KPI`s.
• Work to ISO 9001 standards.
• Participate in R & D activities

The hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week

The starting rate of pay is £17 per hour, to increase after probation
