Position Summary
We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented, and curious HR Operations Intern to join our HR Shared Service Center (HRSC) team. This role offers hands-on experience in HR operations within a global environment, supporting initiatives related to case management, knowledge management, data analysis, and AI-driven process improvement.
The intern will work within a structured framework and contribute to optimizing HR processes through case analysis, knowledge base development, and AI enablement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
2.1. Case Analysis & Structuring

Review of HR cases and employee queries from case management systems

Identify recurring patterns, trends, and opportunities for standardization

Support the creation of structured datasets from real HR cases for testing and analysis
2. Query & Knowledge Dataset Creation

Assist in converting real HR cases into standardized Q&A pairs and AI-ready query formats.

Assist in populating and maintaining the HR Knowledge Base (HRKB)
3. AI Support

Assist with analysis of “bad cases” (incorrect or low-quality AI responses)

Support categorization and routing improvement efforts

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for HR AI tools
4. Operational Task Execution
Support low-complexity operational activities such as:

Updating templates and standard communications

Documenting processes and updating SOPs as required.
Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Studies, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Analytical mindset with interest in identifying patterns and trends.

Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel advanced).

Power BI, Tableau, or similar are a plus.

Strong written communication skills (English required & Portuguese is a plus).

Comfortable working with structured data and repetitive tasks.

Interest in HR operations, process improvement, and AI applications.
Desired Skills

Basic understanding of HR processes or shared services environments (preferred)
