Sales Assistant (Office-Based Role)

• Hours: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday

Our products are well designed and appeal to customers of all genders and ages - from 5 to 95! And as we’ve been doing this for over 30 years, we like to think that we know what our customers need. We are now looking for a motivated and organized Sales Assistant to join our friendly office team in Pickering.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Sales function within IF.
• Assist with sales administration of existing house accounts to maintain strong relationships.
• Create customer-facing documents such as planograms, product presentations and configuration spreadsheets.
• Respond promptly to customer emails.
• Carry out other ad hoc administrative duties as required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong IT literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
• Experience with Sage 200 and Sage CRM would be advantageous
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisation skills with high attention to detail.
• Prior experience working with planograms or retail layouts is desirable
• Ability to reliably commute to Pickering, North Yorkshire.

Pay: £26,000.00 per year
