Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional service to our customers. This role involves engaging with customers by phone or email, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience with our company.

Duties

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
• Engage in upselling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry into our systems.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling calls to ensure a pleasant experience for customers.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and share best practices for customer service excellence.
• Stay informed about product updates and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable.
• Ability to analyse situations, think critically, and solve problems efficiently.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential qualities for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £27,000.00 per year
