This is a role for a technician who takes pride in the "art of pharmacy" and maintains a concierge-level standard of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you won't just be counting pills; you’ll be creating custom medications that change lives. Your day-to-day will include:

• Precision Compounding: Prepare high-quality non-sterile compounds (including creams, gels, capsules, and liquids) in strict accordance with USP <795> guidelines.
• Digital Accuracy: Manage data entry and patient profiles using Pioneer software.
• Lab Maintenance: Maintain "concierge-level" cleanliness and organization within the lab to ensure a safe and professional environment.
• Quality Control: Ensure all formulations meet exact specifications and documentation requirements.

Position Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of previous non-sterile compounding experience is required.
• Compliance: Deep understanding of USP <795> standards.
• Software: Proficiency with Pioneer
• Attributes: A "clean-room" mindset—meticulous, organized, and focused on clinical excellence.
