Responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective clients through direct engagement and networking.
• Present and promote our products or services effectively to meet client needs.
• Negotiate terms and close sales agreements that benefit both the client and the company.
• Develop customised sales strategies tailored to target markets and individual clients.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions using organisational tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally.
• Drive utilisation of digital tools and IT systems to streamline sales processes and reporting.
• Manage time efficiently to meet sales targets and organise appointments effectively.

Skills

• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently.
• Proven experience in B2B sales environments, demonstrating a track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Valid driving licence with the willingness to travel as required for client meetings or events.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Proficient IT skills, including familiarity with CRM software, MS Office suite, and other organisational tools.
• Effective time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks efficiently.
• Ability to adapt communication style according to different clients and situations. Pay: £12,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
