What you'll do

As a Tech Hero you will be the face of the company for connectivity solutions, delivering exceptional customer experiences and guiding customers in selecting the right Internet services. More specifically you will:

Advise retail store customers on technology solutions.
Deliver personalized tech support and identify the best solutions based on each customer’s needs.
Assist customers with the setup, use, and understanding of Vodafone’s products and services.
Collaborate closely with your team, sharing expertise and providing guidance to achieve success together.
Stay up to date on new products, tools, and market trends.
