Student Support Officer_Universitas Multimedia Nusantara

Provide holistic student support through counseling, psychological assessments, and character development programs to foster a healthy learning environment and support students’ academic success and personal growth throughout their university journey. This role also contributes to student case handling, mentoring coordination, psychoeducation delivery, and crisis support.

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a Master’s degree in Professional Psychology (Clinical track preferred)
• For Master’s graduates, a valid professional practice license (SIPP) is required
• Demonstrated expertise in psychological counseling and CBT-based psychotherapy, particularly for depression, anxiety, and behavioral issues
• Skilled in conducting psychological assessments, including interviews and psychometric testing (IQ, aptitude, and interest)
• Ability to provide Psychological First Aid (PFA) in crisis situations
• Experience working with students with special needs, including Autism and ADHD
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in counseling, preferably in educational or youth-focused settings
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a team, including involvement in student case discussions and ethics processes
• Experience in developing and delivering psychoeducational programs (seminars/workshops)
• Ability to facilitate student development initiatives, including mentoring programs and training (e.g., stress management, time management, emotional regulation)
