- Be a creator and on-camera host for vertical content, live programs, and special reports.
- Produce clear and engaging video-based news scripts.
- Execute end-to-end video production processes, including pre-production, shooting, editing, and post-production.
- Upload and publish video content across KompasTV’s social media platforms.
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of current news issues, trends, and SEO.
- Excellent public speaking skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Interest in journalism and news reporting.
- Ability to create and manage content across social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital content strategies.
- Proficient in video editing using CapCut or similar applications, experience with Adobe Premiere is a plus.
