  • Manage and organize Director’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the Director
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Handle confidential documents and maintain proper filing systems
  • Arrange business trips, including travel and accommodation
  • Support daily administrative tasks and ensure efficient office operations
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders professionally

  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Secretary, Personal Assistant to Director, or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills with full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Placement : Palmerah , Central Jakarta
  • Work from office
