- Minimum Qualifications: Final-year undergraduate students or Fresh Graduates from Psychology, Management, or equivalent
- Strong passion for Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian (English is a plus) to interact professionally
- Basic understanding of how to review CVs and match candidate profiles with specific job requirements
- Proficient in using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and recruitment tools
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
