Live-In Nanny & Executive Housekeeper Wanted – Cascais

We are a loving, busy family of four (with two energetic girls aged 4 and 6.5) living in beautiful *Cascais, and we are excitedly **expecting a new baby* in the coming months!

We are looking for a trustworthy, proactive, and warm *Live-In Nanny / House Assistant* to join our family long-term, help us maintain our daily rhythm, and support us as our family grows.

- Key Responsibilities

* *Childcare Support:* Assisting with the daily routines of our two daughters (morning prep, after-school care, play, and bedtime routines) and eventually helping with newborn care alongside the parents.

* *Household Management:* Keeping the home organized, tidy, and running smoothly. This includes daily light cleaning, organizing toys, family laundry/ironing, and basic meal preparation.- we already have a housekepper during the week so just needed when she is not there.

* *Teamwork:* Working collaboratively with the parents to create a calm, happy, and structured environment for the kids.

# Ideal Candidate Profile

* *Experience:* Proven experience with young children and toddlers (experience with newborns is a major plus).

* *Traits:* Patient, loving, highly organized, and proactive—someone who sees what needs to be done and takes initiative.

* *Language:* Fluent in English or Portuguese (good communication is key).

* *Flexibility:* A positive attitude and the adaptability needed for a growing household.

What We Offer

* *Schedule:* 6 days a week (with daily rest hours/breaks).

* *Compensation:* *€1,500 per month* (with flexibility to increase based on experience, qualifications, and references).

* *Accommodation:* Full live-in arrangements provided (private room, board, and utilities included) in a beautiful location in Cascais.
