Job Duties:

  • Manage legal accounts and final notice tickets.
  • Prepare and submit account handover files, including processing journals and updating debt collection systems.
  • Ensure all handover information is accurate, complete and up to date.
  • Resolve information discrepancies promptly.
  • Communicate with customers and third party collections agency when required.
  • Monitor and track payments received by RSAWEB and legal partners for handed-over accounts.
  • Perform account reconciliations as needed.
  • Issue final demand letters where applicable and negotiating payment plans when needed.
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties as required.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Good communication skills and customer service oriented
  • Strong PC Skills, Excel
  • One year of customer service experience in a similar environment
