Data Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on Data Engineer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing the Azure-based data platform that consolidates high-volume data from multiple enterprise systems (HCM, CRM, and Financial tools). This role is a key contributor to our data foundation as we scale to support over 100,000+ employees.

Core Responsibilities

• Pipeline Development: Design, build, and maintain data pipelines in Azure Data Factory connecting enterprise platforms (Salesforce, PrismHR, Sage Intacct) into a centralized data platform.
• Optimization: Develop and optimize data models to support Power BI reporting and analytics for internal operations.
• Architecture Collaboration: Partner with external platform partners and internal product teams on architecture decisions.
• Quality Control: Maintain data quality, monitoring, and alerting across ingestion pipelines.
• AI Maintenance: Maintain Linux-based AI pipelines built with modern LLM coding tools.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building data pipelines in Azure (Data Factory, Synapse, or equivalent).
• Expert SQL skills: Proficient in complex joins, CTEs, window functions, and performance tuning.
• Platform Integration: Experience integrating HCM, payroll, or financial platforms.
• Data Modeling: Solid understanding of data modeling concepts for analytics and reporting workloads.
• Agile Experience: Comfortable working within Agile/Scrum delivery cadences.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Linux server administration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI implementation or maintenance.
• Prior experience with PrismHR or similar payroll ecosystems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php90,000.00 - Php130,000.00 per month
