Every new employee at Service Express participates in our global onboarding experience during their first week. In addition to company onboarding, new Field Service Engineers are enrolled in our Aces Technical Academy. Aces provides hands-on training and experience with servicing equipment, replacing parts and mastering the fundamentals of our service experience. The program ensures those in service roles receive the education and training needed to succeed and deliver exceptional experiences for our customers. Recently, we had the privilege of hosting six engineers at our Grand Rapids Technical Center for training. Tavia Delzer has a people-powered goal to take her kids to all the US national parks. Her family checked another off their list on their recent trip to Maui, Hawaii. In addition to exploring Haleakalā National Park, they participated in various activities. One of their highlights was snorkeling, where they heard about Trilogy Excursions' monthly ocean clean-up. They spent the morning picking up the harbor before heading into the ocean to remove trash while snorkeling. She says, "We are so grateful we got to experience the ocean clean-up and show our kids the importance of caring for our beautiful world." Way to go, Tavia! We love seeing our people making a difference around the globe.

At Service Express, we're proud to take action for our planet. Throughout April, our SE Cares Council organized various volunteer opportunities for Earth Day, encouraging people to get out and make an impact in their community. From cleaning up trash to removing invasive species, our dedicated team rolled up their sleeves to nurture and protect our precious Earth. We're so proud of our people for stepping up and making a difference: -71 employees participated -318 volunteer hours used But wait — it gets even better! For each employee who lent a hand, Service Express is planting a tree through One Tree Planted, a nonprofit organization focused on global reforestation.
