Citadel Leadership Day – The Leadership Day gives Citadel Cadets a chance to see how professional organizations outside of The Citadel integrate their own core values and leadership styles into daily operations. The Citadel sent 20 Cadets to spend the day with us in the Charleston office. IEL brought in our President, Director of HR, and Director of Talent Acquisition to discuss their career paths and responsibilities within IEL. Main talking points included IELs Core Values and the importance of ethics in the workplace. The cadets enjoyed a catered lunch with time to ask questions and engage with the Talent Acquisition team. We discussed internship and career opportunities within our organization. IEL enjoys doing events like this and encourage any other schools/organizations to reach out to us if they are interested in planning something similar. #IEL #Integrity
