Last week, on #NationalComingOutDay, we are proud to feature our HiPride ERG (Employee Resource Group). Bringing your authentic self to work is a crucial part of our company culture, and we're proud to see our people doing that every day.
WHAT A WEEK we've had! This week was our Wellness Week at HiBob, and it was epic, if I do say so myself. We were given a variety of activities that were designed to promote mental and physical health to choose from. There were virtual classes 🧑💻, healthy cooking workshops 🧑🍳, ice baths 🥶, boxing 🥊, art 🎨 music 🎸 lessons, massages 💆, smoothie cycling 🚲, and, puppies 🐶! We were given not only an amazing week but tools in making our physical and mental health a priority every day. I'm so grateful and proud to work at a company that prioritizes my wellbeing! Our CEO, Ronni Zehavi (in the second pic!), always says that it shouldn't be "work-life balance" but rather "life" should come first.
