Desventajas
Very long days, unstable roster, often 4 sectors a day, standbys often called to replace someone, constant delays and changes on operations, need to be flexible and accept that your personal life/work balance will be highly affected, need to often deal with difficult and exigent passengers. Uncomfortable tacky uniform to wear which is unbearable during summers in Spain.
