Desventajas
In theory, they're open, but they don't welcome opinions that are different from those of the leaders. If they put you on an improvement program, it's likely a prelude to firing you, even if your performance is perfect. Human resources don't exist. People who work outside of HQ (Finland), are more likely to be affected by layoffs.
